Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, based in Dublin with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The responsibilities include managing executive schedules and diaries, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various clerical tasks to support the team. Additional duties may include preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support high-level executives effectively
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions and ensure clear correspondence
* Experience in Diary Management, scheduling meetings, and organizing calendars efficiently
* Competence in Clerical Skills such as document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records
* Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems independently, and manage multiple responsibilities
* Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
* Relevant experience in a similar role or a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
