Tender and Sales Liaison
Key responsibilities include business opportunity identification, tender coordination, and sales support across multiple regions.
* Develop a database of identified, tendered, quoted, and won/lost opportunities.
* Coordinate with managers to evaluate and pursue business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate submission timelines for tenders and framework documents.
* Support sales teams in proposal compilation and documentation.
* Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and documentation.
* Track and report on tender outcomes for improvement insights.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in tender coordination, sales administration, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* Familiarity with construction and/or engineering tenders is advantageous.
* A background in engineering would be ideal, though strong administrators with sales/tender exposure will also be considered.
* Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
