AuxiliaGroup are currently hiring a Part -Time Finance Manager on behalf of our client, an established company within the logistics sector. This is a permanent part-time opportunity based in Co. Kildare. The role will be for 3 days a week onsite.
Role:
* This position will report into the Director of Finance
* Key leadership role where you will take full ownership of the financial reporting cycle, support strategic decision-making, and manage a small finance team.
* Deliver monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and financial insights.
* Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.
* Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
* Oversee payroll and ensure timely Revenue and CSO submissions.
* Lead the annual audit and maintain financial integrity.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* 3–5 years’ experience in a finance leadership role, ideally in logistics or a similar operational type environment.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with Xero is a plus
* A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a commercial mindset
