The Project Lead - Knowledge Translation will lead, develop and support a structured approach to knowledge translation across the HIS Directorate considering the development and uptake of Standards, guidance, recommendations, and frameworks, reviews reports and survey findings from the National Care Experience Programme (NCEP).
Develop a Knowledge Translation and Impact Strategy for the HIS Directorate with relevant success metrics and lead the Knowledge Translation and Impact Working Group.
Essential: PhD with research skills in Health or Social Care, or a discipline deemed relevant and A minimum of 3 years' post-doctoral experience leading research in health or social care to inform policy and practice including evidence synthesis, qualitative or quantitative research studies.
