Key Responsibilities:
* PK/PD System Validation: Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain computer system validation documentation, assist in performing informal system testing, define validation strategy
* PK/PD System Support: Assist in troubleshooting system issues, liaise with application support teams to resolve issues, develop job aids for PK/PD systems
* PK/PD License Management: Coordinate with procurement teams, software vendors, and application support teams to ensure annual renewals are completed to avoid service interruptions
* PK/PD Data Security: Follow departmental procedures to create and maintain security groups, manage permissions for data repositories, and perform access reviews
* PK/PD Automation: Develop automation tools for data processing, visualization, and analysis workflows to increase efficiency between availability of data and creation of final report
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as computer science, information technologies, and software engineering
* Desirable criteria include working knowledge of programming and statistical languages, experience with industry, regulatory, consulting, or academia, proven ability to work independently and agility to learn new systems, programming languages within an evolving fast-paced environment, experience in computer systems, system administration, and/or network administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
