Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Representative to join our Internal Sales and Marketing team based in Galway. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to drive Sales and Marketing projects and play a pivotal role in increasing Sales and brand awareness for our Agri-Equine product range.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for general Sales administration, Sales quotations, and Order processing/entry via an ERP system.
* This includes providing active, hands-on support to the Sales and Business Development team and maintaining strong communication and relationship building with both End-Users and Trade Customers.
* The ideal candidate will also assist with Marketing Campaigns to support brand awareness and business development.
* A key aspect of this role is being the point of contact for after-sales/customer service support and liaising with Quality department to ensure adequate follow-up is provided.
* Additionally, the Sales Representative will represent the customer internally and be the liaison with other departments on any issues arising.
* Responsibilities also include assisting in the compilation of Sales reports.
* The successful candidate must effectively communicate market findings and customer insights to the Sales/Marketing Team and management.
Key Requirements:
* Fluency in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
* Highly IT competent with experience using IT systems such as ERP and CRM and proficient across the Microsoft suite.
* Highly collaborative, organized, detail oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
* A third level qualification in Business or equivalent is advantageous.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience of working in office-based administration environment.
