As a Mechanical Engineering Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled service experience that meets customer needs and expectations.
The primary duty of this position involves ensuring customer satisfaction by advising, supporting, and fostering their development. This includes acting as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries post-site acceptance test (SAT), translating and structuring customer inquiries for technical expert teams at Headquarters, assuming responsibility for customer satisfaction, support, and development.
Your Responsibilities:
