You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be able to fulfill administrative duties. You will be confident in dealing with the public & trade alike whilst delivering a first class service.The Role:Deal with aftersales customers on the phone, in person and onlineOrder, organise and maintain parts stockComplete customers parts estimates in a timely mannerCo-ordinate daily parts deliveriesConduct daily stock control checksMaintain department housekeeping dutiesAccurately identify, locate and pick parts for Trade and Retail customersMaintaining and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emailMarket & promote genuine parts, lubricants & consumables to trade customersIntroducing & promoting the Trade Link programme to trade customersThe Candidate:Friendly, customer focused dispositionProficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email)Entrepreneurial approach to growing parts sales to the tradeDrive to achieve results and to be involved in a variety of tasks which call for accuracy and attention to detailYou will have an excellent telephone manner, with the product knowledge to interpret the customer's needs and ensure that the right parts are sold to the customerAbility to maintain quality operating procedures, adherence to rules and processes'Kerridge CDK experience desirable but not essentialPrevious Parts Advisor/Parts Manager experienceA full, clean Irish or EU current driver's licence is required for this positionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Parts Advisor/Parts Manager: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
