You will
Lead, develop, and motivate your team to deliver strong performance
Drive sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
Maintain exceptional standards across merchandising, compliance, and store presentation
Ensure a first‑class customer experience at all times
Manage staffing, rotas, and operational efficiencies
Take ownership of stock control, waste, and loss prevention
What We’re Looking For
Currently an Assistant Manager ready to step up
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Commercially minded with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
Hands‑on, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Experience within supermarket or convenience retail
