2. Talent Management: Partner with managers to drive effective performance management practices.
3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance on ER matters, helping resolve issues fairly and professionally.
4. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits and coordinate with vendors to keep offerings competitive and well-communicated.
5. Culture Development: Support engagement initiatives, wellness activities and cultural programs that help employees feel connected and valued.
6. Metrics Analysis: Compile reports on absenteeism, turnover, engagement and other key metrics.
7. Strategic HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and contribute to benchmarking and continuous improvement across HR practices.
