Senior HR Manager (3 days a week)
A well-established and growing interiors company is seeking an experienced
Senior HR Manager (Part-Time)
to support the HR Director with
day-to-day HR operations
across the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with strong
Irish HR administration, compliance, and internal recruitment
experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end
HR operations and HR administration
support across the employee lifecycle
* Prepare and maintain
contracts of employment, letters, and HR documentation
* Coordinate
internal recruitment
including job advertising, CV screening, interview scheduling, and offers
* Manage and support
onboarding and offboarding
processes
* Maintain accurate
employee records
and support HR systems/HRIS upkeep
* Ensure ongoing compliance with
Irish employment legislation
, policies, and procedures
* Act as the
first point of contact
for employee and manager HR queries
* Support the HR Director with reporting, audits, and ad-hoc HR projects
* Attend management meetings as required
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in a
Senior HR Administrator, HR Executive, or HR Operations
role
* Strong working knowledge of
Irish employment law and HR compliance
* Experience supporting or managing
internal recruitment processes
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and employee-facing experience
* Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
