 
        
        Non-Audit Manager Job Description
The role of Non-Audit Manager involves leading a diverse portfolio of SME clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all accounting and tax matters. This includes overseeing the preparation of financial statements, non-audit corporation tax compliance, company secretarial filings, VAT, and payroll returns.
Additionally, the Non-Audit Manager will be responsible for managing workflows and delegating tasks across the non-audit team to ensure efficient and timely delivery. They will review and sign off on files, outputs, and financial statements prior to final issue, and provide expert technical guidance to team members and clients.

Requirements:
 * ACA qualified or equivalent with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in practice
 * Strong working knowledge of FRS 102 and tax compliance
 * Experience managing both clients and internal teams
 * Proficiency in accounting software e.g. Xero QuickBooks Sage Bright and Microsoft Office
 * Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
