Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager Responsibilities: Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standards.Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Managing a number of projects to a conclusion as well as managing a team consisting of trade & managerial staff.Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved.Financial Management, Predicting cost to completion.Management of Sub Contractors.Full involvement across the project lifespan; ensuring successful project delivery & handover.On site review and management of building services installation to ensure contract compliance.Attend project meetings & assist in producing weekly progress reports.Build relationships with clients/ contractors & subcontractors on site.Work with the project team & assist with pre-construction in developing mechanical packages.Assisting the commercial & procurement team.Requirements: 5 years + in a similar role Proven previous contract / site management skills with relevant commercial mechanical experience.Well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload to required deadlines.Excellent communication skills.Project Management Experience.Sub contract & Direct labour management experience.Mechanical Design.Full Time Position.
