Job Description:
The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery of facilities management services including Mechanical, Electrical & Power systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, catering services and waste management.
The incumbent will conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include monitoring building systems and infrastructure performance, coordinating planned preventive maintenance and reactive activities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in a management position
* Strong knowledge of building systems and FM industry best practices
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
