Overview
IT Business Analyst
eir evo talent are currently seeking applicants for an IT Business Analyst. This is a hybrid 12month daily rate contract position located with our client in Tullamore. Work pattern is 2 days per week onsite in Tullamore with occasional trips to alternative client locations.
Mandatory Requirements:
1. 7 years' experience in a similar BA role
2. Experienced working in Agile environments and with a proven record working as a Product Owner.
3. Proficient user of Microsoft Azure DevOps with proven record of creating user stories and running sprints using the tool.
4. Professional Qualification in Business Analysis or Product Development e.g. BCS, IIBA, CBAP / CCBA, Agile BA
5. Agile framework certification
6. ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
Required Experience:
7. Requirements Management: proficient in the use of Azure DevOps (or an equivalent platform) for recording, tracking and collaborative management of requirements.
8. Business Process Modelling: ability to produce clear process maps using BPMN, Visio or comparable modelling tools.
9. Collaboration: experienced in digital white-boarding and workshop facilitation tools such as Miro, Mural or MS Whiteboard.
10. Prototyping: proficiency with wire-framing applications, e.g., Figma or an equivalent solution.
11. Data Analysis: capable of interpreting, validating and reconciling application and user data using Excel, SQL or suitable visualisation utilities.
12. Solution Assessment: skilled at comparing system requirements against commercial off the shelf (COTS), SaaS and low-code/no-code platform capabilities.
13. Integration & API's: a strong understanding of data and system integration principles, including the ability to define and manage interface requirements between multiple platforms and applications. Experience with API design, implementation, and integration to ensure seamless data exchange across systems is desirable.
14. Regulatory Compliance: sound knowledge of statutory, policy and accessibility obligations, including GDPR, procurement legislation and accessibility
