We continue to grow and dominate the light commercial vehicle market with depots in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, and Galway.Our expanding network of branches and sizeable fleet enable us to deliver vehicles quickly and keep them on the road longer by minimizing downtime. Our fleet includes light commercial vehicles from leading manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz, Ford, Opel, Renault, Volkswagen, and Peugeot.Due to our growth, we have a full-time vacancy within our Bodyshop team in Dublin.This role is ideal for someone with relevant experience from a previous position.Role OverviewResponsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesTake additional images of damaged vehicles as needed for damage packs.Upload damage packs to shared drives.Perform quality checks on vehicles post-repair.Notify the Workshop Manager of QC outcomes.Manage and monitor vehicles in Bodyshop.Manage damage packs and documentation requests.Serve as contact point for Service Department and other departments.Provide training support to satellite branches.Liaise with Asset Department for vehicle movements.Ensure timely job card creation and updates.Update customers on repair progress.Handle emails and correspondence.Communicate daily with external Bodyshops.Conduct fleet audit reporting weekly and monthly.Maintain filing systems.This list is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required.Person Specification - Education, Qualifications, and TrainingLeaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent.Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance.Experience in a Bodyshop, at any capacity.Proven customer service skills and relationship building.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Organized, self-motivated, and administrative skills.Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.Team player adaptable to change.Experience in vehicle rental or the motor industry is a plus.Experience in warranty, workshop, or body shop roles is desirable.May suit an apprentice mechanic or panel beater interested in an administrative role.What We OfferCompetitive salary of €30,000 DOE per annum, pro-rata, plus:23 days holiday plus a day for your birthday, pro-rata.
