What They’re Looking For
The team is seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer who can take ownership of development work across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate is self-driven, technically strong, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider agile team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver new platform features and full end-to-end solutions
Support and enhance an existing optimisation platform, ensuring performance and scalability
Build and maintain APIs while integrating with external third-party services
Modernise legacy functionality using up-to-date frameworks and tools
Tailor platform configurations to meet varying client requirements
Translate business needs into practical and efficient technical solutions
Contribute to automation initiatives and wider digital transformation efforts
Develop backend services using Node.js and structured frameworks such as NestJS
Work with cloud-based infrastructure, particularly within AWS environments (including serverless services)
Collaborate closely with product and design teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features
Write clean, testable, and scalable code aligned with best practices and industry standards
Apply test-driven development approaches using frameworks such as Jest or NUnit
Participate in building intelligent, LLM-powered software solutions and next-generation tooling
Required Experience & Skills
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of professional software development experience
Experience working across full web stacks, including frameworks and libraries
Solid understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and MySQL
Exposure to cloud platforms, with AWS being highly desirable
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
Experience or exposure to AI-driven or agent-based development approaches is advantageous
Ability to communicate effectively and work within a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have
Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
Exposure to LLM-based tooling or agentic development environments
Experience working in fast-paced, product-focused or eCommerce settings
