We are seeking a highly motivated Quality & Technical Affairs Associate to play a critical role in ensuring that our client's products meet all regulatory, technical, and safety standards.
This role provides key support across New Product Development, Technical Affairs, and Regulatory Compliance, with a strong focus on quality and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Specifications: Develop and maintain comprehensive finished product specifications in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Quality Control & Batch Release: Oversee quality control procedures and manage batch release in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
* Audit Support: Assist the Quality, Regulatory & Technical Affairs Manager with internal and external audits, ensuring documentation is compliant and audit-ready.
* Quality Systems & SOPs: Implement and maintain SOPs and support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to align with EU and international regulations.
* Regulatory Documentation: Prepare and manage technical documents required for international orders and product registrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Pack Copy Management: Create and maintain compliant packaging copy, ensuring alignment with current regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
* Translation Management: Manage translations of packaging, marketing, and regulatory materials for global markets, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Minimum BSc in Food Science; a background in Agriculture is advantageous.
* Experience: Background in Quality Control and Quality Management Systems such as BRC or ISO22000 is a distinct advantage.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Attention to Detail: Diligent and accurate in managing documentation and data.
* Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks promptly and with precision.
