Bid CoordinatorGalwayDOE: €45k – €55kCompany Overview:A main contractor who has various ongoing projects across the Galway and Connaught area are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team based in Galway.Job Summary:Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and eTender prequalification documents and quotes,Coordinate and gather information, to complete bid responsesEnsure bid documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on timeFormat and proofread proposal content to maintain high standards of quality and presentationMaintain and organise the tender document library and bid templatesTrack bid deadlines and ensure all stakeholders are aware of submission timelinesSupport the preparation of bid presentations and supporting documentsAssist with contract reviews and administrative compliance checksBuild and maintain strong working relationships across internal teamsQualifications and Experience:Experience in a construction environment with bid administration, bid coordination or a similar administrative role, including eTenders.High attention to detail with an excellent writing abilityDeadline driven with effective time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise workloadExperience in end-to-end bid managementSkilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and proposal management software with a readiness to adapt to new technologies as needed.
