Customer Service Specialist
Harmonics Recruitment is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist on behalf of one of their clients based in Limerick. This is a 39-hour per week role, with working hours of either 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Reports to: Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Job Summary: Provides sales support to customers, sales representatives, and other internal staff to ensure timely processing of customer orders and inquiries; and resolution of problems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Makes identifiable and substantial contributions to continuous improvement. Performs all duties consistent with established guidelines consistent with ISO-9001 and those elements of GMP deemed necessary to support our business (as outlined in the Quality Manual). Actively complies with and endorses Department and Company objectives.
* Receive, process and enter orders into computer system. (Includes price checking, updating customer information, conducting credit checks, etc.)
* Provide customer service including taking and expediting orders, communicating order information, addressing inquiries and researching/resolving problems.
* Coordinate with other departments to communicate customer information and address customer inquiries.
* Provide sales support to traveling sales representatives.
* Attend and actively participate in team meetings.
* Travel to key accounts and related seminars.
* Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Senior Supply Chain Specialist.
Job Specifications:
* Requires Level 5 Leaving Certificate
* Experience in customer service or sales preferred
* Good telephone and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Self-motivated
* Strong organization skills and attention to details
* Computer proficiency including ERP an advantage
