Electrical Quantity Surveyor
The Electrical Quantity Surveyor will oversee the entire commercial lifecycle of one or multiple contracts, ensuring maximum value for our company.
* Create and manage comprehensive budgets, develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), profit plans, and commercial reports
* Manage subcontractor accounts, including interim valuations, final accounts, and payment certificates
* Issue interim and final accounts, progress applications, and remeasures
Requirements:
* Possess a third-level qualification in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
* Demonstrate experience working on electrical projects
* Hold knowledge of contract law
* Be eligible to work in Ireland
