Financial Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance function, ensuring that all financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of bank reconciliations to ensure that accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
* Accounts receivable and creditor reconciliations, credit control, accounts payable, posting, and processing payments in a timely manner.
* Reconciling supplier accounts to identify any discrepancies or errors.
* Assisting with tax and statutory returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a busy finance function, providing administrative support.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
