Big Company.
Small Family.Thoughts from our teamLearn why our employees think Prime is a great place to work.
"Working at prime and seeing the company grow over the years has been an amazing transformation to watch.
Being part of that growth and having a say in how things are done has been a great experience.
Working with all employees, whether it be sales, accounting, purchasing, robot operators, painters, welders or the many other positions we have here everybody works well with everybody.
Culture at prime is built on trust.
From the top of the organization to the bottom.
Doing what you say you are going to do.
For me being able to be on the shop floor every day and talking with the employees or helping complete tasks is the only way to build that solid foundation of trust."
- Chris Mosley
"Prime allows people to excel in their own personal strengths and provide a supportive team atmosphere in which to do that.
Prime is an organization of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that benefits customers, finished products as well as its team of employees."
- Chris Roberson
"I enjoy working for prime for several reasons, but a couple key ones are that its family oriented, and their commitment to being one of the best in the industry and I'm proud to be a part of the team.
I would say the culture at prime is very competitive in nature."
- Jason Guy
"There are a few main reasons I like working at Prime.
One, I have always been outgoing and considered myself a "people person", working here at Prime, I get to talk with people and build new working relationships on a daily basis.
Second, I grew up around both the dairy and construction industries, and Prime has given me the opportunity to work in both fields, which I really enjoy.
Another reason I like working at Prime, is the culture.
Prime is a "small" family owned business and that's exactly what it feels like working here.
I have worked for many different companies over the years, but none have ever felt as close to home as Prime does.
"
"I like working for Prime because it is a Family business, they understand that an employee is more than an a job function or title, they show us that they see people and not just workers.
And we are a part of their Family!
Prime provides a Home atmosphere which promotes a more positive work ethic.
"
"Good reasons to work for Prime: Fitness room is a great addition to stay in shape, not every company offers that!
You get to wear different hats and not stuck in your corner all day: you can learn different aspects of the company ie.
Great place to gain valuable experience if just starting to join workforce.
Great benefits, training cycles and employee appreciation trends to consider.
Being valued for what you bring to the company and being rewarded accordingly.
Culture is great at Prime: Great group of people who are not afraid or hesitant to communicate with colleagues.
Training cycles and moderate supervision before you step into the work functions.
Open door and better communication/relations with your supervisors and colleagues.
Employee recognition and contribution throughout the chain.
To name a few.
"
"Family atmosphere and building in the communities where we live and work.
It's great to see a project from start to finish and to drive by and know you and your family had a hand in that project.
We all work with passion to provide the best service in the industry.
Commitment from everyone on the shop floor to the office is put into every building that we produce.
When we say Prime Time, we mean it!
"

"Working for Prime is like working for a second family.
And I don't mean that in just the sense of "I love my workers." But I truly mean when I say they are a second family.
You have your family you go home to, but I feel like I have my coworkers that I get to spend almost every day with.
Everyone here is so hard working and so dedicated, that it inspires you to be a better employee and coworker.
We all care for each other.
One piece doesn't work without the other.
I think Prime has done a great job of hiring people that are good for the company but also good for each other.
I spend so much time with everyone, that I look forward to seeing them every week.
The culture at Prime is family oriented but it means business.
Prime sets goals and reaches them.
If they hire you, you know you're working for a company that wants you there, and wants you to succeed.
"

I enjoy working for Prime, and I am happy to be here.
"
"I don't like working for Prime, I absolutely love being employed here.
It by far has the best atmosphere I have ever been a part of in a work environment.
There is zero micromanaging, they hand out tasks and let you run with it like it is your own business.
They are also not afraid to take care of their employees and show them that they notice the hard work and appreciate the time and effort that you put in.
"
