About the Company
We are a leading Irish manufacturer with over 35 years of experience in the building materials, structural roofing, and ventilation sectors. We are currently recruiting a Commercial Territory Manager to oversee and grow our business in either Leinster or Munster.
The Role
This is an autonomous field sales role. Operating on the road within your designated territory, you will be responsible for managing accounts, driving revenue, and expanding our B2B commercial footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Maintain and grow revenue across regional builders' merchants, wholesale buying groups, and trade distribution networks.
Relationship Building: Work directly with site managers and roofing contractors to get our products specified on active regional projects.
Business Development: Conduct structured weekly field visits, map upcoming development pipelines, and open new accounts in untapped areas.
Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years of face-to-face B2B sales, field sales, or account management experience.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in construction, hardware, or building materials is preferred but not essential.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both merchant executives and on-site contractors.
Licence: A valid, clean Irish driver’s license is required.
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary: €50,000 per annum.
Bonus Structure: A structured €5,000 Loyalty Capital Bonus focused on sustainable, long-term territory growth rather than weekly commission targets.
