An award‑winning architecture design studio in Dublin city is seeking anexperienced Architectural Technologistto join its growing teams.They work across a diverse range of projects including residential, commercial, masterplanning, educational, healthcare, urban design and leisure throughout Ireland. Due to newly awarded projects, they are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join an established team.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate layouts and prepare tender and construction documentation for medium and large‑scale projects using RevitEnsure all design work is compliant, technically sound, and buildable to meet client's requirementsAdhere to internal quality procedures and project protocols.Conduct site visits to provide technical and construction supportDesired Skills and Experience:Qualified Architectural Technologist with in excess of 3 years' experience with proven involvement in medium and large‑scale developmentsStrong experience in developing detailed designs and technical documentationProficiency in Revit is essential; additional experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp etc is desirableStrong understanding of BIM processes and associated toolsSolid knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations and Planning RequirementsPrevious experience working on projects through the construction stageEligibility to work in Ireland is essentialFull driving licence is desiredSalary & Benefits:Salary €45k-€60k DOEPensionHybrid workingEarly finish on Friday'sCPD If you're an Architectural Technologist looking for your next opportunity in Dublin, please forward your cv and portfolio to Deborah.
