ACCPRO are delighted to be partnering again with a leading global FS company to recruit for a Business Controller. This role has responsibility for Group reporting and intercompany accounts. Reporting directly to the Finance Reporting Manager. 12-18 month contract, hybrid, €65-70k + 10% bonus. Responsibilities: Produce and submit monthly financial information to the Group in accordance with reporting deadlines and quality standards. Proactively manage intercompany matters, ensuring queries are addressed efficiently and balances are cleared in a timely manner. Coordinate with group finance teams to reconcile and confirm intercompany balances ahead of each reporting cycle. Take ownership of revenue accounting activities, including reporting outputs and the identification and resolution of data inconsistencies. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to complete balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting issues. Support the testing, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of finance and accounting systems. Assist with daily treasury-related activities, including cash flow tracking and payment processing as required. Contribute to financial planning and analysis activities, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes. Provide support during internal, external, and regulatory audit reviews. Participate in regular assessments of finance processes and controls to ensure compliance with group reporting and governance requirements. Support ongoing projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency within the finance function. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.
