Job Title: HR / Business Support Administrator

Location: Galway, Ireland

Duration of Contract: 12 months

As we scale towards our ambitious goal of $100M ARR by 2028, we're looking for a passionate HR Administrator to help us build a diverse, high-performing team that reflects our company ethos.

As our HR Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and operational excellence across CARE initiatives, recruitment, HR administration, and ESG reporting.


Key Responsibilities


CARE Days Coordination

* Lead planning and execution of CARE Days aligned to GREEN, STEM, and WIN themes.
* Partner with internal teams to drive participation and measure impact.
* Use AI-enabled feedback tools to analyse engagement and improve future initiatives.


Recruitment Administration

* Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
* Generate offer letters and contracts using automated HR platforms (e.g. Hibob, Docusign).
* Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a welcoming candidate journey.


HR Administration

* Support onboarding through digital document collection and system updates.
* Ensure compliance with HR documentation standards using automated workflows.
* Assist with policy updates and audit preparation.


ESG Reporting Support

* Collect and organise ESG data in collaboration with internal teams.
* Use AI tools to track ESG metrics and support timely reporting.
* Promote ESG awareness through internal communications.


Executive and Office Support

* Provide delegated support to the Executive Assistant and Global Office Manager.
* Assist with diary management, travel coordination, and event logistics.
* Step in during peak periods to support office operations and communications.


Your Story

* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience in HR or recruitment coordination roles.
* Proficient in digital tools (e.g. Hibob, Docusign, Planner).


Bonus Skills

* Experience in event planning or employee engagement.
* Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting.
* Exposure to executive support or office management.


AI & Automation in Your Role

You'll be expected to use AI-powered platforms to:

* Automate routine HR tasks.
* Analyse engagement data.
* Enhance candidate and employee experiences.

Training will be provided to ensure you’re confident using these tools.
