Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery of bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to a varied range of clientsResponsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targetsAs the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targetsResponsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAsResponsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e.
epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIsRequirements Valid driving B licenseGood geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas.Ability to work to a tight scheduleDemonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholdersA proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targetsDemonstrate oral and written communication skillsDemonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a teamMulti Drop ExperienceFLT (not essential)This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
