Also raising of Purchase orders as required, receipting PO's and approval of invoices.Accountability for Stock Management, Inventory accuracy, workshop production output waste management and supplier invoices.Contractor management for all facilities related services.Accountable for the effective Budget management and financial planning/forecasting of the site.Liaise with Customers and Stakeholders in the design, preparation and implementation of selected Projects work i.e. planning, estimating, commissioning, budget control and change management.As General Manager Operations you will be the 'Project Lead '& Key Stakeholder for the ERP Project. You will be responsible for all project actions /tasks associated to on -site operational activity: Workshop, Warehouse, Parts /Stores, Installations and Administration.The Person:Experienced Manager with a good understanding of technical, logistics and facilities; experience of Lean /Six Sigma would be advantageous.Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role at a comparable level. Proven experience of managing customer and colleague relationships.Results Driven – Able to consistently work towards and meet /exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets on a wide range of performance measures.Ability to inspire and guide Teams towards achieving business objectives.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey goals and strategies to staff and stakeholders.
