* Partner with business leaders to shape and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
* Offer expert guidance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, succession planning, and development.
* Lead on restructuring, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness projects.
* Manage and contribute to change and transformation initiatives across functions and departments.
* Advise on complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Facilitate key talent processes including leadership development and workforce capability planning.

Requirements:

* Educated to degree level (Masters qualification is a plus) and a full member of CIPD.
* Proven experience in a senior HR partnering role within a fast-paced commercial setting ideally 5 years or more.
* Confident working closely with executive leaders and senior management teams to deliver strategic people solutions.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
* In-depth understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* Able to operate independently in a remote capacity with flexibility to travel to sites when required.
