The successful candidate will manage key administrative and operational tasksto support our Wastewater teamdeliveringprojects across the country.?? Provide administrative support to office staff, site managers, and project personnel.
Manage andmaintainsite documentation and reportsin compliance with company standards.
Generateand update trackersfor projectprogress andresource allocation.
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal systems and administrative procedures.
Liaise with site teamsand sub-contractorsto ensuretimelycollection and processing of project-related information.
Assistwith general office duties and administrative tasks asrequired.
Requirements:?? Strong organisational and administrative skills? Excellent communication skills? High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously?? Proficiency?in Microsoft Office and document management systems? Knowledge of civil engineering and utilities is an advantage?? Ability to work independently and use initiative?? Ability to work to tight deadlines.??
