Client Care Scheduler
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Blanchardstown. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis, addressing any operational issues arising in relation to customer care calls, and ensuring all clients have a permanent care team assigned to them.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis.
* Addressing any operational issues arising in relation to customer care calls.
* Ensuring all clients have a permanent care team assigned to them.
* Dealing with scheduling queries and responding accordingly.
* Assigning emergency cover until 10am the next working day.
* Informing clients of time changes.
* Ensuring all schedules are assigned two weeks in advance.
* Verifying weekly allocated hours.
* Liaising with the Care Manager on start dates for new carers.
* Reporting completed on the shared drive by 12pm on the last working day.
* Covering all shifts two weeks in advance.
* Providing weekly reporting.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role. You will be a skilled communicator with excellent organizational skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
