Responsibilities Financial Reporting monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with payroll, weekly analysis Banking lodgements, online payments, cashflow forecasting Accounts payable processing invoices, reconciling statements & ledgers Accounts receivable issuing invoices, recording billable hours, reconciling payments, some credit control Admin support - GDPR and ad hoc duties Requirements Ideally qualified accountant (preferred) or a minimum of three years in a busy finance department with an accounting technician qualification Excellent MS Office experience Excel particularly This role is in the home care sector, experience in this area would be preferred Excellent communication The role is based on site full time in Clane, Kildare Remuneration Up to €60,000 depending on experience Contact Rachel Tubridy PeopleSource is a finance and accounting recruitment firm.
