* Create and deliver company strategies and programmes that enhance employee experience and drive high levels of employee retention.
* Devise and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract, grow and retain top talent to support the continual growth and transformational business vision.
* Lead on the identification of areas to enhance systems and culture, delivering practical and innovative solutions utilising technology and data-driven methods.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head of HR or Chief People Officer
* Experienced in leading cultural transformation within businesses
* Skilled in developing large-scale talent and engagement strategies
* Strong understanding of employment legislation
* Obtained HR degree or CIPD qualification
