Energy Grant Advisor
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as the key account coordinator for homeowner clients exploring home energy upgrade grants. In this role, you will guide clients through the grant process, help identify suitable upgrade opportunities, and provide tailored advice based on their home energy needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with homeowners to understand their planned upgrades and energy needs.
* Conduct virtual consultations and provide personalized recommendations.
* Review BER information and interpret results.
* Assist in reviewing building plans and generating project specifications.
* Organize and analyze information related to energy upgrades.
You will be working closely with homeowners to help them make informed decisions about their home energy upgrades. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and has strong communication skills.
Requirements:
* A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
* Interest in or background knowledge of construction methodologies.
* Familiarity with BER software is a strong advantage, but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
* Problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping people make energy-efficient choices.
