You will work closely withIT, R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Data teamsto explore data uploaded to enterprise data platforms and translate it into meaningful insights and KPIs.You will supportdata quality, integrity, governance, and reporting activities, while collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and fit for use in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.The role reports into theData & Governance function.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse, structure, and support the development of data models aligned with pharmaceutical manufacturing needsApply and support data standards, naming conventions, and classification frameworksCollaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, R&D, Quality, and Data Engineering to gather data requirementsMonitor data quality and identify inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies in datasetsPerform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport data documentation and metadata management activitiesAssist in implementing data governance best practices and compliance requirements.Requirements5–8 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Steward, or similar data-focused roleBachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance, cataloguing, and metadata managementHands-on experience with tools such as Collibra, Immuta, Databricks, or similar platformsExperience working with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and SalesforceAbility to analyse complex datasets and support data models within large, regulated organisationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, regulated environment.Advantageous ExperienceExposure to data science, advanced analytics, or BI toolsExperience working within pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturingBackground in multi-national, regulated environments.Additional InformationContract roleHybrid working model – DublinOnly candidates with strong experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be consideredCandidates must be eligible to work in Ireland
