The Fine Print The Role : Residential Services Manager (RSM2) Contract Type: Permanent, Full -Time 39-hour contract, Monday - Friday Service location: Ballybane, Galway Service type: Acquired Brain Injury Residential Service Salary: Ranging from €66,.61 - €70,.25 (depending on experience) plus on call payment up to potentially €2k Overview of the Role The Residential Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of a designated residential centre, acting as the Person in Charge (PIC) in line with HIQA regulations and relevant safeguarding legislation.
They will provide strong leadership to staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred services, and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
The role includes responsibility for resident safeguarding, service quality, and the integration of best practice across the organisation.
Candidates should be committed to supporting people with disabilities and acquired brain injuries in a community-based, inclusive and rights-focused manner.
