Senior Mechanical Engineer Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
* To design and develop high-precision automated electro-mechanical systems
* Integration of electromechanical sub-assemblies into complex systems which may include fluidics, optics, sensing, electronics and software elements
* Deliver technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in the design and development of high-precision automated electro-mechanical systems
* Strong knowledge of CAD design and PLM practices
* Familiarity with simulation packages (CFD, FEA etc.)
* Knowledge of material properties to support design choices
* Practical experience of supplier or manufacturing fabrication processes
* Bachelor's Degree or Higher (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation) or equivalent
