Our client, a leading global manufacturing organisation, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join their growing HR team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering HR support across the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the business
Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit processes
Manage and support employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee issues, and HR best practice
Promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and positive workplace culture initiatives
Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and applied consistently
Maintain compliance with employment legislation and company policies
Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and employee benefit queries
Maintain HRIS and TMS systems accurately and efficiently
Prepare HR reports and metrics as required
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Support communication meetings and company-wide people initiatives
Champion company values, safety, quality, and compliance standards
About You
Third level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist role
Strong employee relations experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong IT and HR systems proficiency
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
