Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador
We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome customers creating a professional and positive first impression.
* Ensure the downstairs showroom area is tidy, well-stocked, and customer-ready at all times.
* Process sales transactions, prepare invoices/receipts as required, and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions and guide customers to the right solutions.
* Support team members and assist with general duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Monitor stock levels in the showroom, liaise with the warehouse or manager for replenishment, and present displays effectively.
* Provide after-sales support and excellent customer service helping to resolve issues when they arise.
