Hire a seasoned financial administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of your business.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, payments, and cash flow monitoring.
* Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and bi-monthly management accounts.
* Record daily financial activities and track invoice payments.
* Coordinate payroll management and handle Revenue Online submissions.
* Oversee banking activities and liaise with auditors during year-end reviews.


Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing client bank accounts and maintaining statutory compliance.
* Strong IT skills, ideally with case management systems knowledge.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration across staff levels.
* A proactive approach with focus on business development and improving operational efficiency.
