Job Description Full Time - Deli Assistant at SPAR Woodstown, Knocklyon, Dublin 16 We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Full Time Deli Assistant to join our team at SPAR Woodstown in Knocklyon, Dublin 16.
As a Deli Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our deli section.
Successful candidate will be available 35-40 hours per week, with shifts being Monday to Sunday from 8am.
The Role Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot meals Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Assist customers in selecting deli products and provide information on menu items Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers in a safe and efficient manner Keep the deli area clean, organised, and well-stocked Operate the POS system accurately Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets If you are passionate about food, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
