Dublin Analytical Instruments Ltd (DAIL), est. 1988, are looking for a full time Laboratory Instrumentation Sales Specialist to begin as soon as possible following successful interview. This candidate will be a selfstarter, responsible for Instrument Sales and Technical Support across a range of techniques to the Environmental, Pharma, Industrial and Academic sectors.Technical Sales will involve:Identify and build long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers in IrelandCo-ordinating face-to-face meetings and on-line Teams meetings as part of the sales processDelivering remote and face-to-face System Demonstrations to prospective customers at Marketing Workshops, Reference Sites and at Universities & Research CentresDelivering on agreed Sales Targets and KPI'sProvide Analytical Method Support to existing customers and assisting the Technical Director with method development activities where requiredParticipate in future business development opportunitiesManaging sales activities & projects through the CRMReport to Technical Director and provide feedback to managementUpdating and maintaining the Company Website & LinkedIn Profile to promote Company and Product awareness.Work with DAIL Team to design, plan, execute and measure success of sales campaignsMaintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies as appropriate. Comprehensive Product Training will be provided at DAIL and with our Product Principals Worldwide on a broad range of Analytical Instruments.Requirements:Third level education or experience in a scientific or engineering related discipline2+ years' experience in a previous technical sales role is idealFull Clean Irish Driving LicenceStrong Team player with good customer relationship skillsGood administrative skills + excellent oral and written skillsExcellent computer and software skills, MS office suite, CRM, Mailchimp, etcAttention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsPackage Offered:Salary negotiable based on level of experienceWe request all interested parties to email their CV and hope to arrange interviews ASAP.
