I'm currently hiring on behalf of my client based, a company with a strong global presence in the trading industry in Dublin City Centre who are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their AML team on a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract. Successful candidates will have prior experience working in the financial services industry and exceptional Microsoft Office skills. You will be based on the Reference Data team and will be responsible for onboarding coordination, documentation management and looking after operational workflows. Contract Length: 6 Months Location: Dublin 1 Working Model: Fully Onsite Key Responsibilities: Managing key administrative tasks related to client set-ups and ensuring information is kept up to date in line with quality standards Key support in setting up wire instruction and static data maintenance Administrative tasks related to vendor vetting procedures, including managing the vendor records Working closely with AML teams to support document management and workflow coordination Supporting the Give Up Agreement clean-up initiative, and gathering any missing data Setting up and maintaining trading accounts Key Requirements Previous experience providing administrative support in a financial institution is essential, in particular supporting onboarding and account set-up Excellent organisation skills with a strong eye for detail Confident Microsoft Word and Excel user Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proactive problem solver with ability to multi task and prioritise key projects Full working authorisation Must be available for an immediate start in Dublin City Centre - Role starting before Christmas!
