You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our residents, ensuring their dignity and individuality are maintained at all times.
* Support residents with daily living tasks, such as washing, toileting, and dressing.
* Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
* Monitor residents who may be confused or have behavioural problems, and assist with continence promotion.
* Provide last office assistance to residents who are dying or have a progressive illness.
You will work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve exceptional standards, promoting a positive and supportive working environment.
