Business Transformation Project Analyst
Our client seeks a skilled Business Transformation Project Analyst to support a critical business transformation project on a contract basis (3 months). This role requires strong process mapping capabilities and experience in project coordination and testing support.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes across multiple departments.
* Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and refine business requirements.
* Publish clear and concise process maps using industry-standard tools.
* Collaborate closely with project managers to support planning, reporting, coordination, execution, defect tracking.
