Food & Beverage Manager – Premium Hospitality Venue
We're partnering with a vibrant, high‑energy venue in Wexford to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee both restaurant and bar food service – while elevating service quality, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
About the Role
As F&B Manager, you'll take charge of all food service operations across both the restaurant and bar food offering, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with the General Manager and Bar Manager to maintain smooth service flow, high standards, and strong communication across departments.
Key responsibilities
1. Oversee food service across the restaurant and bar food areas, ensuring top-tier presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain smooth, efficient service during peak trading periods.
3. Align service standards across both F&B outlets so guests experience consistency throughout the venue.
4. Lead structured training on food service, guest interaction, workflow, and product knowledge.
5. Mentor staff through continual coaching, support, and development plans.
6. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, engaging with guests and ensuring a warm, polished service experience.
7. Promote a guest‑first culture across the entire team – warm welcomes, genuine interactions, and efficient service.
8. Manage daily service operations, ensuring clear communication between kitchen, restaurant, and bar teams.
9. Lead by example during busy shifts, providing support wherever needed to keep service flowing.
What you bring
10. 3-5 years' experience in an F&B or restaurant management role in a fast-paced venue.
11. Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar food service operations.
12. Confidence in cocktail and wine service standards, with a passion for guest experience.
13. Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities.
14. Ability to lead during high-volume service with a calm, organised, hands-on approach.
15. Strong organisational skills with a proactive, energetic mindset.
16. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
