We're looking for a motivated New Business Advisor to join our growing insurance team. You'll focus on helping customers find the right car and home insurance solutions while building strong, lasting relationships. This is a target-driven role with plenty of opportunity to earn bonuses and grow your career within the company.
What You'll Do:
1. Sell car and home insurance to new customers
2. Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products
3. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
4. Work in a fast-paced environment with clear targets and rewards
Your Skills & Experience:
5. APA Personal General Insurance - Insurance sales experience is a MUST
6. Sales experience in a target-driven environment
7. Excellent communication skills and phone manner
8. Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach
9. Good IT skills
