Employment Advisor Job Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Employment Advisor to join our team in a dynamic role that offers the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience of working in a target-oriented environment. They will be able to assess clients' needs, provide support and guidance, and work with them to create a personal progression plan.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be fully IT literate, and have experience of delivering training workshops and working with local employers.

About the Role
We deliver Employability services across Ireland through various Government contracts to assist the long-term unemployed in returning to the workforce through upskilling and job brokering.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, assessing their specific needs and providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers and build confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess client's specific needs and provide support and guidance
* Work with clients to create a personal progression plan
* Provide training workshops covering a wide range of subjects
* Explore learning and work opportunities with local employers
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A Leaving Certificate standard (as a minimum) and a third-level degree desirable
* Minimum of one year experience in a recruitment, sales, training, and/or customer-facing role
* Experience of working in a target-oriented environment
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage workload
* Positive attitude and 'can-do' approach
* Full IT literacy using Microsoft Office programs
