Reperio has partnered with a well-established technology solutions provider in the financial services sector seeking an experienced Business Analyst.
The successful candidate will play a key role in defining requirements, improving processes, and ensuring that product features are delivered in line with customer and business needs.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative Agile environment on complex, high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
2. Translate requirements into clear documentation for development teams.
3. Support the delivery process from initial concept through to release.
4. Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
6. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
7. 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology.
8. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
10. Experience in financial services or related industries advantageous.
